Spend your autumn in Alghero, in a unique and suggestive location on the sea, which draws its strength from the sea: a package of 7 or more nights designed for the remise en forme , a strategy that combines interiority with exteriority to harmonize and balance mind and body.

Our proposal: a room with a sea view, which predisposes to peace and relaxation. In the morning, after an Italian breakfast, a regenerating bath in our indoor seawater swimming pool, overlooking the bay of Alghero and Capo Caccia.

Following a pleasant walk in the historic center of Alghero, to discover its Gothic-Catalan roots, or an excursion to the Porto Conte natural park, the Neptune Caves, the prehistoric settlement of Monte Baranta, the Necropolis of Anghelu Ruju, the Nuraghe Palmavera ... The area offers activities that cover the most varied interests - and the climate in autumn is full of pleasant days,  perfect for day trips.

Upon returning, you can join our personal trainers who, for the duration of your stay, will prepare an individualized fitness and/or yoga program. The Spa operators will prepare a personalized program of beauty and rejuvenating treatments with you.

We offer the possibility of consulting an aesthetic doctor to those who want to treat themselves with a deep regeneration experience (extra).

Finally, we will agree with you the most suitable evening to surprise you with an oenological journey: a wine tasting from the cellar of S. Maria La Palma, a winery that is establishing itself internationally with products of excellence.

Each day will be planned and agreed with you and may vary from the above to meet your needs.

Consultancy and interventions by the aesthetic doctor must be considered extra.
